Leading Edge Aviation Solutions is fortunate to have Rick Richardson join our team as vice president, aircraft sales. Rick is a tremendous addition to our growing company. He is a well known, seasoned aviation professional with twenty-five years of management and aircraft sales experience.

Before joining Leading Edge, Rick was with Bell Aviation for eighteen years, fifteen of which were as vice president, a company officer position responsible for the operations of the company as well as for overseeing the aircraft sales function. His prior experience also includes two years in charter sales and six years in aircraft sales with Eagle Aviation.

While Rick has sold all types of business aircraft including large cabin aircraft, his particular area of expertise is with midsize cabin aircraft. Rick has conducted overseas transactions and is familiar with the complexities of overseas sales and purchases. His years of international experience are a valuable asset for our clients.

Rick served eleven years in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Huey pilot. He also has a commercial pilot’s license and is instrument rated for both airplane and helicopter.

Rick has a bachelor of science degree from the University of South Carolina. He is married for thirty-one years and has two children.
