Joe Carfagna Jr. is the president of Leading Edge Aviation Solutions with sales, technical and consulting functions reporting to him. It is his judgment, and experience and that of our chairman that Leading Edge draws upon to navigate the present, consider the future and make the best decisions for our company. He is the individual most responsible for achieving the company goals. Joe is known for his get-it-done attitude, his professionalism and high ethical standards. He is an enthusiastic manager, seasoned salesman, and an aviation expert.

Joe graduated from the University of Delaware with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1991. Shortly thereafter Joe joined the team at Wings Aviation, a predecessor company to Leading Edge, in 1994. Since that time he has purchased, brokered and sold most all types of small, mid and large cabin corporate aircraft. He has in-depth knowledge of most all of the corporate jet markets having sold or acquired most models of King Air, Citation, Learjet, Hawker, Falcon, Challenger, Global Express and Gulfstream aircraft. He has conducted sales and purchases of aircraft on six of the seven continents. Leading Edge Aviation Solutions has yet to have a client or aircraft based in Antarctica.

Joe is married with two children.
